Your cart stores service and product selections in this browser for up to seven days; no contact details are saved in the cart. You can remove items in the cart. Product-only inquiries open your email app and are not sent until you send that email. Treatment browsing does not submit an appointment. If online requests are available and you submit the appointment form, your name, contact details, selected service, time and any cart product or additional service requests are sent to Mac Esthetics through Square to process your request. Do not include sensitive health information in the form. Online card deposits are processed by Square through its secure embedded payment fields. An online card deposit is required to submit an appointment request. Card numbers and security codes go directly to Square and are not stored by this website. We retain the payment and appointment reference, amount and processing status to prevent duplicate payments and reconcile refunds.
Website analytics
We use Umami to understand which pages people visit and whether appointment requests and product inquiries work. The tracker runs on our public website domains and respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting. It does not use tracking cookies. We exclude URL query strings, fragments and form data from analytics, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, card details, payment amounts and appointment or receipt references. Request and payment events describe the outcome only; they do not identify you.
Contacting Mac Esthetics
Telephone and email links open your chosen calling or email application. Any information you send is handled by that service and the studio. Avoid sending detailed health information by ordinary email.
Appointments and orders
Appointment requests require Mehak’s review before confirmation. Square may send appointment messages, including a confirmation link. A booking deposit is applied toward the appointment total; declined requests are refunded. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. Online product checkout is not enabled; contact the studio about products or privacy questions, including access to or correction of appointment information.
